As per my post, here are some oddities in “Lost in the Stars,” likely already known by others around here.

Clip 1: You will hear six-note-long upward-moving arpeggios in the flute/clarinet parts.  On the sixth 6-note arpeggiated figure, you’ll hear a sudden shift in stereo image, then Mr. Sinatra enters, sounding great! Click to listen Clip1-cr.mp3

In the middle of this clip (below), there’s sudden change in vocal timbre, after “fell alone”:
